I tried a facial here the other day and absolutely loved it! My skin looked great afterwards, and the lymphatic drainage really helped reduce puffiness. It was so relaxing. I left feeling refreshed from head to toe. Highly recommend!

Bringing your child to an osteopath for the first time? Here are the questions parents ask us most often. If yours isn’t here, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll be happy to help.
What happens during my child’s appointment?
Your osteopath starts by chatting with you about your child’s health, birth, development and any concerns. They then gently assess how your child moves, and explain what they find in simple terms. If osteopathy is right for your child, treatment can usually begin in the same visit, using gentle, hands-on techniques adapted to their age.
From what age can my child see an osteopath?
From birth. We see newborns, babies, toddlers, children and teenagers, and every treatment is adapted to your child’s age, size and comfort.
Can osteopathy help my baby with colic or a head tilt?
Many parents come to us when their baby is unsettled, cries for long spells or always prefers looking one way. Our osteopaths gently assess what might be making your baby uncomfortable and explain the next steps. Find out more about our care for baby colic and torticollis.
Is osteopathy safe for children?
Yes. Our paediatric osteopaths are trained to work with babies and children, and the techniques are very gentle, with no cracking or forceful manipulation. We always explain what we’re doing and go at your child’s pace.
Do I stay with my child during the session?
Yes. A parent or guardian stays with their child throughout. You’re welcome to help keep them comfortable, with a feed, a favourite toy or a cuddle.
What should my child wear?
Something comfortable and easy to move in, such as leggings or shorts and a T-shirt. Babies can stay in a vest or babygrow.
Do I need a referral?
No, you can book directly with our osteopaths. If your child has any recent reports or scans, please bring them along.
How many sessions will my child need?
Every child is different. Your osteopath will discuss a plan with you at the first visit and review progress together as you go.
My teenager has back pain or a sports injury. Can you help?
Yes. Teens often come to us with back and neck pain from growth spurts, screens and heavy school bags, or with injuries from sport. Find out more about our back pain treatment, or how sports massage can support recovery.
Is paediatric osteopathy covered by insurance?
Many health insurance plans cover osteopathy for children. Check your policy, and our team can provide receipts for your claim.
Every person is different, so is the way we approach care.

We got the chance to have Faustine by our side to welcome our second baby. She is an amazing and very experienced midwife, with strong empathy and great dedication to her patients. She is very attentive and always opened to answer our stressed parents’ questions. My post-partum was more peaceful than the first one, and Faustine is definitely one of the reasons !

Mr Monnerville was our family osteopath!
I have been a professional athlete for many years, part of the Saber Fencing French National Team. I immediately recognized JC’s abilities.
First time I met him, I could barely walk because of back pain, within an hour I was able to run.
My older daughter was a few months old, she had some pus in the eyes for a couple of weeks. One session with JC and it was all gone. With such a gentle touch, he released the pressure her skull was applying on lacrymal canal.
JC isn’t only talented on a physical level but also energetic. His approach is holistic, very gentle and very honest.

I reached a point where I realised no matter how many tools, books, or people I turned to, the work I was doing just wasn’t cutting it. My stress and anxiety had built up over years – it pushed me to achieve a lot, but I found myself in a place where I couldn’t balance it all without it taking a big toll on my energy and general happiness.
I’ve worked in health and fitness for years, helping clients transform their physical health. So I thought I could just follow my own advice, but it wasn’t working.
The more I tried to think my way out of my anxiety, the worse it got. When I met Liisa, she didn’t pry or push, but gave me the tools and space to figure things out. It was about small, simple actions – 2 or 3 things to work on today or tomorrow. And it turns out the stuff I really had been avoiding, brought about the biggest results.
Combined with the guided breathwork, it was a life changing programme with her. I also kept up the work whilst travelling.
I’ve learnt so much, and I’m beyond grateful for the peace of mind I’ve found through her help. I didn’t need ‘saving’ or pulling out of a hole in my life. I just wanted to make sure that I could sustain and enjoy the career/lifestyle I had spent years trying to create for myself.
