Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation for Strength, Stability, and Everyday Confidence

Restore pelvic health, feel better in your body and improve your quality of life
What is it ?

Restore Pelvic Strength

Your pelvic floor is a group of muscles that supports your bladder, bowel and uterus, and works with your deep core to keep you stable. Pregnancy, birth, menopause, heavy lifting and high-impact sport can all weaken or overload it. Pelvic floor rehabilitation is a personalised programme of assessment, guided exercise and hands-on techniques to restore strength, coordination and comfort, so you can laugh, run, lift your children and exercise with confidence.
Conditions we help with:
  • Bladder leakage (incontinence). Leaking when you cough, sneeze, laugh or exercise is common postpartum, but it isn’t something you have to live with. Targeted training can help restore control.
  • Pelvic organ prolapse. A feeling of heaviness, pressure or bulging in the pelvis can be a sign of prolapse. We’ll help you understand your symptoms and build support through tailored exercise.
  • Diastasis recti (abdominal separation). A gap between the abdominal muscles after pregnancy can leave your core feeling weak. Rehabilitation focuses on rebuilding deep core strength safely.
  • Pelvic and perineal pain. Pain after a tear, episiotomy or C-section, or discomfort during intimacy, can be eased with gentle, specialised care.
  • Returning to exercise after birth. Whether you want to get back to running, Pilates or the gym, we’ll guide you through a safe, progressive return.

FAQ

Starting pelvic floor rehabilitation can bring up lots of questions, especially in the early weeks after birth. Here are the ones we hear most often. If there’s anything else you’d like to know, message us on WhatsApp and our team will be happy to help.

When can I start pelvic floor rehabilitation after birth?
Most women start around six weeks after birth, but gentle work can often begin earlier. Get in touch and our practitioners will recommend the right time for you.

Do I need it if I don’t have symptoms?
Many women benefit from a postnatal check even without symptoms, especially before returning to running or high-impact exercise. It’s a simple way to make sure your body is ready.

How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goals and your condition. Some women need as few as three sessions, while others benefit from around ten. How often you come is also flexible. Your practitioner will build a plan around your needs and schedule, while guiding you on what’s best for your recovery.

How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp at 6801 7513 (Central) or 6805 7307 (Stanley), or ask about home visits.
