Jean-Christophe is a skilled osteopath at Central Wellness, dedicated to helping people feel balanced, mobile, and pain-free in their daily lives. He graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (UK) in 2013 and has been practicing in Hong Kong since 2015, working alongside a wide range of medical and allied health professionals to provide collaborative, patient-centered care.
Jean-Christophe takes the time to get to know each patient’s lifestyle, habits, and nutrition, ensuring his care is truly personalized. He draws on a variety of osteopathic techniques—including Structural, Visceral, Cranial, and Biodynamic approaches—to help the body tap into its own natural healing ability and restore balance.
An avid athlete, Jean-Christophe leads an active life that includes trail running, swimming, yoga, weight training, surfing, and tennis. His personal experience gives him valuable insight into sports injuries, recovery, and performance optimization, allowing him to guide patients back to activity safely and confidently.
Jean-Christophe is a member of the Hong Kong Osteopathic Association (HKOA) and is also currently studying Functional Medicine. He’s also passionate about animal osteopathy. After completing his Animal Osteopathic Diploma in 2018, he has worked with both horses and dogs, including patients from the Hong Kong Jockey Club, helping animals move freely and stay healthy.
