We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager (Native French speaker) to join our team at Central & Stanley Wellness.

The right candidate would be fulfilling the following daily duties:

• Help maintain relationship with existing patients
• Interact and host patients visiting the clinic
• Help grow the patient network
• Help maintain the clinic positive image
• Help grow brand awareness within French community of Hong Kong
• Help resolve patient’s complaints quickly and effectively
• Assist with product sales
• Conduct reviews/surveys to ensure patients are satisfied with the service
• Work closely with practitioners to understand their services and to ensure patient needs are fulfilled
• Work as a translator and facilitator for French patients who have a limited knowledge of English and assist them in the communication with the practitioners

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in the Hospital industry and Public Relations
• French Speaking (native) is a must
