Priya is a Psychologist with 15+ years of experience in mental health and wellbeing across multiple countries and cultural contexts. With two master’s degrees—one in Clinical Psychology and another in Work & Organizational Psychology—Priya brings a strong, research-informed perspective to therapy.

Priya works with both children and adults, supporting individuals as they navigate emotional challenges, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. She is experienced in working with diverse groups including kids, adults, and working professionals, tailoring her approach to each person’s unique needs and background.

Priya also brings extensive experience working with multinational employees across cultures and job contexts. Having supported working professionals for 15+ years in diverse environments, she understands the unique pressures of global workplaces—such as communication differences, stress, performance anxiety, workplace conflict, and adjustment challenges—and helps clients build practical coping strategies and healthier ways of relating at work and at home.

At the center of Priya’s practice is a holistic approach—one that recognizes that mind, body, spirit, and relationships are interconnected and influence each other. Priya focuses not only on symptoms and struggles, but also on strengths, resilience, and areas for growth. Her therapy is action-oriented and skills-based, helping clients create meaningful change by practicing new coping strategies and trying new behaviors in everyday life.
