I really recommend Liisa Halme and her transformative stress and anxiety management program. The course is designed to last 6 weeks, but I stretched it over a much longer period due to my frequent travels and various life commitments. I appreciate the flexibility of the program, as it made it more manageable for me.
The regular practices of meditation, breathing exercises, and hypnotherapy, along with the regular and highly personalised sessions with Liisa provided me with helpful tools to address my emotions. I noticed significant improvements in my stress levels, and as time went on, I noticed how much my responses to stressors have improved.
