Sarah is a naturopath working in Hong Kong, holding a degree from the Alternative Medicine College of Canada. Originally from Guadeloupe, she grew up in a family of naturopaths where natural healing was part of daily life. Experiencing the benefits of gentle, holistic approaches to health from an early age inspired her to pursue a career in naturopathy and dedicate herself to helping others restore balance naturally.

As a naturopath, Sarah focuses on personalised, natural solutions that empower clients to regain vitality and maintain long-term wellness. Her approach is rooted in four pillars:

  1. Healthy, nourishing diet – tailored to support physical and mental wellbeing

  2. Herbal medicine – using plant-based remedies to restore balance

  3. Stress management – techniques to reduce stress and promote holistic wellbeing

  4. Sports and physical activity – enhancing vitality, resilience, and overall health

Sarah works closely with clients to address the root causes of a wide range of concerns, including hormonal imbalances, weight management, digestive issues, sleep disturbances, chronic fatigue, stress, brain fog, high cholesterol, and acne. She designs fully personalised wellness plans that combine dietary guidance, lifestyle strategies, herbal support, and stress-reduction practices to help clients achieve sustainable results.

Passionate about empowering others, Sarah provides a compassionate and educational approach. She believes that when clients understand the connection between diet, lifestyle, and natural therapies, they can make informed choices that improve their long-term health.
