Priyana is a U.S.-trained mental health therapist in Hong Kong with 15 years of experience supporting clients of all ages. She has worked in inpatient and residential mental health units in the U.S., helping individuals with eating disorders, OCD, depression, anxiety, personality, and behavioral disorders from ages 8 to 55.

 

As a caring and empathetic mental health therapist in Hong Kong, Priyana provides a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly share their thoughts and feelings. She practices person-centred therapy while integrating techniques from Positive Psychology, Gestalt Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs.
