Rinat Perlman is a highly experienced relationship counsellor in Hong Kong, coach, and mediator who has spent more than two decades helping individuals deepen their self-awareness and transform the way they relate to themselves and others. Her work supports clients in navigating life’s challenges, improving communication, and building healthier, more connected relationships.

Rinat’s personal style is direct, open, engaging, and affirming. She offers a wide range of tools and perspectives to help clients understand the power of self-knowing and the impact it has on every aspect of their lives. With over thirty years of study and professional experience, she brings together traditional academic training in business, psychology, and counselling with extensive immersion in yoga, mindfulness, and Buddhist psychology.

Originally from Israel, Rinat has lived in Hong Kong since 2001. As a mother of four and someone who has navigated many of life’s roles—daughter, partner, friend, and student—she understands firsthand that our wellbeing is shaped by the quality of our relationships. Rinat believes that the way we participate in our relationships with love, family, work, money, and health ultimately reflects our most important relationship of all: the one we have with ourselves.

Known for her warm interpersonal approach, Rinat quickly establishes rapport and creates a space that feels safe, open, and non-judgmental. She is an excellent listener who is skilled at helping clients identify challenges, uncover blind spots, and make meaningful changes in their lives. Flexible and adaptable, she tailors her methods to each client’s unique needs and goals.

If you are seeking support with relationships, communication, self-awareness, life transitions, or emotional wellbeing, Rinat offers grounded, compassionate, and insightful guidance.
