Osteopathy for All Ages, with a Special Focus on Babies, Children, and Pre/Postnatal Care
Emma gained her Master’s from the British School of Osteopathy and has completed extensive training in cranial, pre/postnatal, and paediatric osteopathy. She is a fully qualified osteopath and registered member of the Hong Kong Osteopathic Association (HKOA).
A mother of two, Emma understands the vital role that osteopathy plays in postnatal recovery and helping babies thrive after birth, supporting their development and adapting to life on the outside. Her approach focuses on supporting the body’s innate ability to self-regulate — she does not ‘fix’ body parts but helps find balance and facilitate natural healing.
Emma’s background in movement and yoga teaching since 2008 has influenced her holistic approach, treating the whole person and looking beyond symptoms. She helps her patients feel more embodied, calm, and centred under her care.
In addition to one-on-one osteopathy sessions, Emma offers an exclusive yoga class every Wednesday at 5:15 PM at the Central Wellness studio. The class is ideal for all levels and incorporates myofascial rolling techniques and somatic release to soothe the nervous system, improve strength and mobility, and enhance the function of the body’s core canister — the diaphragm, pelvic floor, and muscles of the back and abdomen. This class is particularly useful postpartum, supporting recovery and overall wellbeing.
