Best Osteopath in Hong Kong (Platinum award) in Liv's 2022 Wellness & Lifestyle Awards

Dr. Damien Mouellic is an experienced osteopath in Hong Kong with a special interest in structural, cranial, biodynamic and paediatric osteopathy. With over two decades of clinical experience, he supports patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns—from neck and back discomfort to headaches, and long-standing tensions in the shoulders, hips, knees and elbows. Damien also works with women and babies, providing gentle osteopathic care for issues related to pregnancy, breastfeeding, and paediatric development.

What people appreciate most about Damien is his calm, grounded approach and the way he takes time to really understand what each person is experiencing. He blends several osteopathic methods—including structural, visceral, cranial, paediatric and biodynamic techniques—so that every session is tailored to the individual rather than a single style of treatment.

Damien is the cofounder of the Hong Kong Osteopathic Association (HKOA), as well as the founder of Central Wellness in Hong Kong, and The Neighbourhood Clinic in Melbourne.

Originally from France and Australia, Damien graduated from Victoria University in Melbourne in 1999, completing a thesis in Psychoneuroimmunology—an area that explores the relationship between the mind, the nervous system, and physiology.

He brings all of this knowledge and experience into every session, creating a supportive, thoughtful space where patients of all ages can feel heard, understood, and well cared for.
