Contact our reception to schedule your appointment with a practitioner in the morning. Fasting 12h prior to sample collection is required and nutritional supplements should be avoided 48h prior.
Testing recommendation is based on practitioner’s consideration. In the session they will gather enough information about your condition and health history to offer a precise recommendation on the right test or treatment for you.
Test would be done at the end of the session (if approved by the patient and practitioner) through easy dried blood collection (no needle).
Results arrive within 2 weeks, and your practitioner will contact you for interpretation and to deliver your tailored supplement plan, dosage and lifestyle recommendations.
Every person is different, so is the way we approach care.

I reached a point where I realised no matter how many tools, books, or people I turned to, the work I was doing just wasn’t cutting it. My stress and anxiety had built up over years – it pushed me to achieve a lot, but I found myself in a place where I couldn’t balance it all without it taking a big toll on my energy and general happiness.
I’ve worked in health and fitness for years, helping clients transform their physical health. So I thought I could just follow my own advice, but it wasn’t working.
