Rinat Perlman is a counselor, a coach and a mentor. For the last two decades, she has worked with people from all walks of life, helping them in the process of growing their self-awareness and self-knowing in ways that support their life and their relationships.

 

Rinat’s personal style is direct, open, engaging and affirming. She offers a diversity of resources for understanding the potential of self-knowing. Rinat’s experience relies on over three decades of study and work in a variety of roles and industries. Her knowledge was gained by learning traditional studies in leading universities in the fields of business, psychology and counseling. Rinat also acquired an extensive body of experience and knowledge in the science and art of Yoga, mindfulness and Buddhism psychology.

 

Rinat is from Israel and moved to Hong Kong on 2001. She is the mother of four, a daughter, sister, partner, friend and student, Rinat believes that our lives are about our relationship with love, family, work, friendship, money and health. She believes that the way we participate in all our relationships is a reflection of our core relationship with ourselves.

 

With her strong interpersonal skills, Rinat is able to establish rapport with clients and develop strong relationships. As a good listener, she is able to relate to clients with an open, nonjudgmental and accepting approach. She is very experienced with problem solving in all aspects of life and able to help clients identify and make changes in their lives. With a flexible attitude, Rinat has the ability to adapt and change her ways according to the client needs.
